Discuss and communicate everything you want for the commission, being clear and if a payment plan is needed.

A sketch will be sent to you for approval for lining/coloring begins, Major edits should be communicated at this time! WIP updates may be sent throughout the process.

You are more than welcomed to message me regarding your commission. Please allow reasonable time between updates to avoid spamming!

Unsure on the status of your commission? My Trello can be checked for commission progress and queue placement.

Minor edits are free during the process.

Major changes after sketch approval may be declined or require an additional fee of $5 per major revision.

Pose changes, design overhauls, or restarting completed sections count as major revisions

I have no strict deadlines unless discussed beforehand.

Turnaround time may range from 3 days to several months depending on complexity, queue size, health, or real-life responsibilities.

If there are significant delays, I will communicate them.

Payment will be taken after the sketch has been approved, I will then send the payment information before continuing the commission.

Work will not continue past the sketch phase until payment has been received.

No payment is required If you cancel the commission before approving the sketch.

Payment plans may be accepted for higher-priced commissions or designs.

The terms of the payment plan will be discussed individually before work continues.

Artwork/designs will not be fully delivered until the payment plan has been completed.

Failure to complete payments without communication or within the payment plan timeframe may result in the commission/design being cancelled.

If I or you (the client) cancel the commission, you will receive either a full or partial refund depending on the progress made.

No refunds will be given once the artwork is fully completed and delivered.

Minor redesigns are allowed. However, please do not completely remove or alter major focal points of the design beyond recognition.

Designs may not be resold for more than their original value unless additional artwork has been added. (Personal art, commissioned art, and traded art all contribute to a design’s value.)
